Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist responsible for driving qualified B2B leads through outbound and inbound strategies. The role requires strong execution in identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and building a consistent sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
- Identify and target decision-makers such as CISOs, CTOs, and IT Heads
- Manage outbound outreach including cold emails and LinkedIn messaging
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
- Track and report performance metrics including lead volume and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of outbound lead generation and prospecting
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a performance-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise clients
Compensation:
₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (fixed salary)
