Position Overview 1:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT services sales and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market through different social media platforms.
- Manage the entire end to end sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the delivery team.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Follow up with the leads, proactively engage, qualify, and nurture leads through timely communication and relationship-building activities, leveraging all tools to optimize conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Support in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our service, including digital campaigns, events, and content creation, to generate leads and increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Provide comprehensive product support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction through timely and effective communication and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure a win-win outcome.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT services sales.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to attract and convert leads.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide support in creating compelling content and materials to attract and educate potential clients.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or related roles, in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in using them for lead generation purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
