Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Mayur Vihar, Delhi. The role focuses on driving qualified pipeline growth through strategic outbound prospecting, research, and targeted engagement.
The Lead Generation Specialist will identify decision-makers across HR, People & Culture, and leadership teams, initiate conversations through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls), and qualify opportunities for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include building prospect databases, crafting personalized outreach messages, booking discovery meetings, maintaining CRM accuracy, and optimizing lead generation processes for higher conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify high-potential target accounts and key decision-makers
• Execute structured outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone
• Personalize outreach messaging aligned with Humanova’s value proposition
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior leadership
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
• Analyze outreach performance metrics and optimize messaging and targeting
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone
• Proven ability or strong interest in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or demand generation
• Understanding of sales funnels, prospect qualification, and CRM systems
• Highly organized, target-driven, and comfortable working with performance metrics
• Self-motivated with a proactive, execution-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in HRTech, corporate wellness, SaaS, or B2B services is advantageous but not mandatory.
