Hooc AI Technologies Private Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing business team. The ideal candidate should have strong research, communication, and outreach skills with the ability to identify potential clients and generate qualified business leads.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s client pipeline by identifying prospects, conducting outreach campaigns, maintaining lead databases, and supporting the business development process. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently in a target-driven environment and contribute directly to company growth.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, web research, email campaigns, and other outreach channels
• Generate qualified leads for AI services, SaaS solutions, web development, and technology-based services
• Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and calls
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team for lead nurturing and conversions
• Build prospect lists based on target industries and business requirements
• Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings when required
• Track outreach performance and maintain reports of generated leads
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales, or Business Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
• Good research and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and execution-focused mindset
• Experience in IT services or technology-based sales is preferred
