Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, for a Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new leads, conducting research to discover potential clients, and managing outreach to create new business opportunities. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to build pipelines, maintain strong communication with prospective leads, and achieve set performance targets. Additionally, the role requires fostering relationships with potential clients to convert leads into successful partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong ability in Communication and collaboration to engage with prospects and team members effectively.
- Sales acumen and the ability to convert leads into revenue through targeted strategies.
- Research skills for market analysis and identifying potential clients and emerging business trends.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or international sales is an advantage.
