Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to own outbound lead generation, broker relationships, and pipeline building for real estates. This role is execution-heavy and requires consistent high-volume outreach, strong market understanding, and disciplined CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Execute daily outbound targets:
- 40–50 personalized LinkedIn messages
- 30–40 cold calls
- 15–20 broker interactions
- Source leads via brokers, aggregators (CoFynd, Qdesq, MyHQ), startups, HRs, founders, CA firms, and incubators
- Build and manage a strong broker network, including WhatsApp groups and regular updates
2. Broker & Partner Ecosystem Management
- Manage relationships with 50+ commercial brokers
- Share inventory, brochures, and commission structures
- Build partnerships with recruitment firms, event organizers, and coworking aggregators
- Identify expansion opportunities and share market leads internally
3. Outbound Corporate Outreach & Qualification
- Target startups and SMEs through LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Qualify leads using structured parameters:
- Budget
- Team size
- Timeline
- Decision-maker access
4. CRM Management & Lead Handoff
- Update all activities and lead details in Zoho CRM within 2 hours
- Ensure same-day handoff of qualified leads to the closing team
- Provide short-term follow-up support (48 hours) to maintain conversion momentum
5. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Track competitor pricing, occupancy trends, and new supply
- Provide monthly insights on:
- Demand trends
- Hot sectors
- Pricing feedback
- Contribute to pricing and go-to-market strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation
- Strong outbound sales experience (calls + LinkedIn + email)
- Experience working with brokers, real estate, coworking, or B2B services is a plus
- High ownership, discipline, and ability to meet daily activity targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
