Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and online research. The role involves engaging prospects in consultative conversations, understanding their needs, and setting qualified appointments or opportunities for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include managing and updating lead data in CRM tools, nurturing prospects through follow-ups, and meeting or exceeding campaign targets and KPIs. The specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, align on ideal customer profiles, and provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in new lead identification and lead generation, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with experience in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities through the pipeline.
- Research skills to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and market segments using online tools and databases.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools; ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Goal-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-focused setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or demand generation is an advantage.
