Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting extensive research on potential clients, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into sales opportunities, along with meeting setups and giving demos. Looking for a talented and results-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to lead our lead generation efforts through professional social media and other outreach activities. In this position, you will be responsible for : Identifying and engaging potential clients, generating high-quality leads for our sales team, campaign management & aligning with set proven processes KRAs.
Responsibilities
LEAD GEN through Cold-Calling • Develop and maintain a robust LinkedIn network by engaging with prospects, industry professionals, and thought leaders.
• Utilize effective lead nurturing techniques, such as personalized content and multichannel follow-ups (email, calling, whatsapp), to convert leads into qualified prospects.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to understand their requirements and align outreach strategies to support their goals.
• Email Campaigns: Demonstrate familiarity with email marketing and adhere to best practices for creating engaging email campaigns. Set up and ongoing management of email outreach campaigns, including crafting compelling messages and following up with prospects.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, including email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Tracking and managing inbound leads & MQLs to maximize conversions into the SQL stage.
• Regularly update and manage leads and opportunities on the centralized CRM.
• Perform additional activities related to the Demand Generation role, such as personalized email outreach, data research, extraction, and mapping.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator and other tools )and cold calling
- Strong Research skills to gather and analyze data on potential clients
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills to engage and convert leads and set up meetings.
- Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Previous experience in a remote working environment.
It's a part-time, work-from-home,6 hrs a day, 5 days a week.
