Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Rohtak, with the flexibility to work remotely on select days. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and cultivate new business opportunities by researching potential leads, building relationships, and driving sales efforts. Key responsibilities include developing and executing lead generation strategies, identifying prospective clients, maintaining a database of leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential clients
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies
- Research skills to gather valuable market and customer information
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is an advantage
- Previous experience in the technology sector or a related field is a plus
