We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to support our Business Development and Sales team. This role is purely focused on lead research, outreach, and qualification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lead-generation strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Generate qualified B2B leads for website development, app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, SalesQL, email databases, and cold calling.
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads, and IT Heads.
- Outreach & Initial Engagement:
- Execute outbound outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls.
- Share company introduction and understand basic client requirements.
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members.
- Lead Qualification & CRM Management:
- Qualify leads based on business need and interest.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Update lead status and follow-up details regularly.
- Pipeline & Reporting:
- Maintain daily and weekly lead generation reports.
- Track KPIs like leads generated, meetings scheduled, and response rates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation (IT/Digital Agency pref- erred).Hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email cam
- paigns.Good understanding of website development and digital marketing se
- rvices.Good communication and follow-up
