Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Chennai. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and attracting new leads, performing market research, and establishing communication with potential clients. The role requires collaborating closely with the sales team to develop strategies, track performance metrics, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in identifying and generating New Leads and managing Lead Generation processes
• Strong Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales with the ability to understand client needs and advocate solutions effectively
• Ability to conduct in-depth research to better identify target audiences and market trends
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the eLearning or digital creative industry is a plus
