Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Research
- Identify and source potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and other research tools.
- Conduct market research to understand target industries, companies, and key decision-makers.
2. Outreach & Engagement
- Initiate contact via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Craft personalized communication to engage prospects and generate interest.
3. Lead Qualification
- Evaluate prospects based on defined qualification criteria.
- Ensure only high-quality, sales-ready leads are passed to the sales team.
4. Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation activities.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Share insights and feedback from prospects to improve campaigns and targeting.
Skills & Requirements- Proven experience in cold calling and B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead research tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Excellent follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
