Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Noida for a Lead Generation Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, conducting market research to understand target audiences, and implementing effective lead generation strategies. The role also requires collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to meet business goals and targets while fostering positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience with identifying new leads and generating opportunities
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Strong Research skills to gather and analyze market data
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive and goal-driven with problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer relationship management tools is a plus
