Baked Moon is scaling, and we’re looking for a Growth Hunter who doesn't just find leads but opens doors. If you are a master of LinkedIn outreach, a cold-calling pro, and a conversion expert, we want you to lead our frontline.
What you will be doing:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn
- Generate quality leads and set up meetings/appointments for the sales team
- Understand client requirements and do initial qualification
- Do regular follow-ups and maintain lead data in CRM
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of leads
Who can apply:
- Candidates with experience in IT sector, digital marketing agencies, design/creative agencies, or advertising companies
- Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting
- Comfortable working with international clients .
- Good communication skills and confident in client interaction
- Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM, email campaigns

- Someone who is consistent with follow-ups and not afraid of calling
- Target-oriented and serious about results
- Practical understanding of lead generation process (not just theoretical)
Good to have:
