Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist at Aros Holidays, located in Ghaziabad. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients to convert leads into opportunities. The role also involves maintaining effective communication to convey the value of our travel services and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in identifying and generating New Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability in Sales and client relationship management
- Research skills to gather insights and understand market trends
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
