Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching and identifying potential customers, developing and nurturing leads, creating outbound lead campaigns, and analyzing lead generation data. The role involves active collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to build a robust pipeline, maintain customer databases, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Research and Data Mining for identifying and understanding target audiences
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead nurturing, and using CRM tools to manage customer data
- Proficiency in Outreach Methods such as Email Marketing, Cold Calling, and Social Selling
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve lead quality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with market trends and ability to identify potential opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the technology or digital solutions sector, is highly advantageous
