Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Specialist (2–4 years’ experience) with proven expertise in lead generation and end-to-end sales, specifically in the corporate L&D, eLearning, digital learning, or training solutions space.
This role will primarily focus on the US market, leveraging modern sales tools and AI-driven outreach strategies to drive new business opportunities by identifying enterprise clients, building strong sales pipelines, and connecting with key decision-makers across organizations. The ideal candidate should have exposure to US market sales and experience engaging with international clients through outbound sales and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads in the US enterprise market, targeting corporate L&D, HR, training, and business transformation teams through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Use AI-powered sales automation platforms (Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Clay, Reply.io, etc.) to identify, research, and qualify prospects.
- Handle end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, client meetings, proposal discussions, and closures.
- Identify opportunities for custom eLearning development, instructional design, digital learning solutions, and training content services.
- Build and maintain a targeted database of senior decision-makers and stakeholders in the US market.
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone communication.
- Schedule and conduct qualified client meetings to support business growth.
- Understand client learning and training requirements and position AIMS Digital’s services effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in CRM systems.
- Share market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback with leadership teams.
- Consistently achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development in the elearning industry.
- Recent experience in eLearning, corporate training, digital learning, or L&D services sales is mandatory.
- Exposure to US, EU, AUS market sales and experience interacting with international clients
- Proven experience handling end-to-end sales processes will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead generation strategies.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
