Lead Generation Specialist

At AdxReel, we are building a creator-driven platform where creators, users, and advertisers connect through engagement, monetization, and interactive campaigns.
We are looking for a communication-focused team member who can build strong relationships with creators, guide them through onboarding, and ensure a smooth support experience.
About the Role
As a Creator Relationship & Support Executive, you will act as the bridge between interested creators and the onboarding team. Your responsibility is to build trust, explain platform opportunities clearly, and support creators throughout the onboarding journey.
Responsibilities
Talk with interested creators through calls & WhatsApp
Understand creator profile, niche, engagement & audience quality
Explain platform features and monetization opportunities
Handle creator questions, objections & follow-ups
Coordinate demo calls and onboarding schedules
Maintain creator relationship and support pipeline
Support creators during onboarding and activation
Coordinate internally with creator operations team
Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills
Hindi & English mandatory
Friendly, energetic and relationship-focused personality
Comfortable handling creator conversations daily
Ability to manage follow-ups and relationship building
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior creator support, sales, or customer relationship experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of creator ecosystem and influencer industry
Experience handling creator onboarding/support
WhatsApp communication experience
Familiarity with social media platforms and creator workflows
Basic CRM or lead tracking experience
