Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter based in Noida, India. The role involves identifying and generating potential leads through research, outreach, and digital tools. Responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, scheduling appointments, nurturing relationships with prospects, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversion. The specialist will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback on lead generation strategies to improve results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation methods, prospecting, and appointment setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including email and phone communication
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools
- Sales negotiation and client relationship management abilities
- Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills for optimizing lead conversion processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
