Job details:
- Generate qualified leads for BIM services and AEC staffing solutions
- Research and target AEC firms across global markets
- Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and prospecting tools
- Manage and maintain CRM data (Salesforce or similar)
- Qualify leads based on project requirements and service fit
- Collaborate with BD & Marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities
- Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies
- Stay updated with BIM, AEC, and staffing trends
Key Requirements- 4–6 years of B2B lead generation / inside sales experience
- Exposure to AEC, BIM services & staffing industry
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo
- LinkedIn
- Zoho / CRM tools
- Strong communication and research skills
- Ability to work in target-driven environments
