Role Description
We are hiring a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist (Email Marketing) to scale our European prospect pipeline through strategic bulk email campaigns.
If you have hands-on experience generating high-volume, qualified leads from the European market and understand deliverability, GDPR, and automation workflows — this role is for you.
This is a KPI-focused position with clear performance targets and growth opportunities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Generation & Revenue Pipeline
- Generate 800–1500+ leads per month via email campaigns
- Drive high-quality MQL acquisition
- Improve recipient-to-lead conversion rate
- Deliver measurable leads per campaign
2️⃣ Email Campaign Performance Optimization
Maintain:
- Open Rate: 20–30%
- CTR: 3–8%
- Bounce Rate: <3%
- Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, CTAs, content)
- Optimize response and engagement rates
- Monitor spam, unsubscribe & deliverability metrics
3️⃣ Database Growth & Compliance
- Add 5,000–20,000 verified contacts monthly
- Build segmented European prospect lists
- Ensure GDPR compliance
- Maintain high email verification accuracy
4️⃣ Automation & Execution
- Execute 8–12 campaigns per month
- Build automated workflows & drip sequences
- Create industry/geo-based segmented campaigns
- Manage CRM & campaign reporting dashboards
✅ Required Experience
- 2+ years in Email Marketing & Lead Generation
- Proven experience targeting European markets
- Strong knowledge of GDPR compliance
- Experience with tools such as:
- HubSpot / Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign
- Apollo / Instantly / Lemlist
- Email verification tools
- Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
