Job Profile:
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Generate high-quality leads
- Good at data mining tools.
- Connect with decision-makers
- Drive meaningful conversations and product interest
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the CPaaS space
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver product introductions and presentations
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with prospects
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for the closure team
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in CPaaS lead generation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in speaking with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Understanding of CPAAS industry products i.e. Cloud Contact Centers, messaging, voice, or WhatsApp solutions is must.
- Organized, persistent, and proactive in follow-ups
