Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support the expansion of our corporate client base across Canada. This role is focused on identifying potential corporate clients, building qualified prospect lists, initiating outreach, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team. You will play a critical role in building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline that drives consistent business growth. This is a remote role based in India, working closely with leadership and sales teams supporting corporate travel operations across Canadian cities.

Core Objective of This Role
Generate qualified corporate leads by:
- Identifying potential business clients
- Building accurate prospect databases
- Initiating structured outreach
- Creating a consistent pipeline for the sales team
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect Research & Lead Identification
• Research and identify companies that require executive transportation services
• Target industries include:
Law firms
Financial services & investment firms
Consulting companies
Corporate offices & headquarters
Event management firms
Media & entertainment companies
Travel & hospitality businesses
• Build and maintain structured, verified prospect lists
2. Lead Generation & Outreach
• Initiate first-level outreach to potential corporate clients via:
Email campaigns
LinkedIn outreach
• Connect with key stakeholders such as:
Executive Assistants
Office Managers
Travel Coordinators
Admin teams
• Generate interest and qualify leads before passing to the sales team
3. Lead Qualification
• Identify and filter high-potential prospects based on:
Business relevance
Service requirement likelihood
Engagement response
• Ensure only qualified leads are passed to the next stage
4. CRM & Data Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM
• Track:
Outreach activity
Responses and engagement
Lead status
• Ensure data accuracy and structured tracking
5. Pipeline Support
- Build and maintain a consistent lead pipeline
- Share qualified leads with the sales/partnership team
- Support scheduling of introductory calls or meetings
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new leads generated weekly
- Volume and consistency of outreach activities
- Response and engagement rates
- Qualified leads passed to sales
- Accuracy and organization of CRM data
- Contribution to pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Strong research and data-gathering skills
- Excellent written communication skills (especially for email/LinkedIn outreach)
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
- Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
- High attention to detail and process discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Exposure to international markets (Canada/US preferred)
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries
Working Hours (Remote – India)
Preferred shift: 9 AM to 6 PM (Toronto EST)
