About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with experience in the software domain to drive business growth across international markets including the USA, UK, and Europe. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be confident in engaging with global clients, presenting product demos, and contributing directly to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and generate qualified B2B leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, and other prospecting tools. Run cold-calling and bulk-email campaigns to reach decision-makers across USA, UK, and European regions. Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect requirements and align them with product offerings. Schedule product demos and coordinate with the Sales Manager for deal closure. Maintain and update CRM records accurately to ensure seamless tracking of lead progress. Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted outreach and campaign optimization. Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and scheduled demos. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation in the software industry. 3?5 years of proven experience in international sales of software or SaaS products. Hands-on expertise in lead-generation platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, etc.). Excellent English communication skills ? both verbal and written. Strong understanding of B2B software sales cycles and the ability to pitch technology solutions. Flexible work hours to cover international time zones: The role requires effective overlap with UK/Europe business hours and regular availability for US meetings. The typical Hyderabad office shift for this position will be scheduled in the afternoon-to-evening IST window to align with these markets , though exact timings may differ depending on team needs. Candidates should be willing to adjust start/finish times occasionally to cover priority meetings or campaigns. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with an ability to work independently. Ability to confidently handle product demonstrations for international customers. Strong understanding of the software sales cycle. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision. Educational Qualification Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
