Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting research to identify business opportunities, and actively engaging with potential clients to communicate OptimHire’s value proposition. Day-to-day tasks will include managing a sales pipeline, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers. You will also play a key role in building relationships with clients and identifying their hiring needs to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Strong Communication and Sales skills to effectively engage with prospective clients and build enduring relationships.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards achieving targets and KPIs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
