Position Overview
We're hiring self-driven sales professionals to join our Lead Generation & Sales Team on a performance-based model. This is an excellent opportunity for independent professionals to earn while building real B2B sales expertise.

- B. Tech / BE / BCA / MCA - Freshers are not eligible
- PhD in any field - not eligible
Role Details
1. Position: Lead Generation & Sales Executive
2. Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months based on performance)
3. Location: Remote (Relocation to Bangalore, India required if converted to full-time)
4. Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred
Work Structure
- Week 1-2: Intensive training on target market, audience insights, and B2B account strategy
- Week 3 onwards: Market execution with defined sales quotas and lead generation targets
Compensation
- No fixed monthly salary / Commission only model (Till a maximum of 6 months)
- Performance-based: ₹15k-35K per month (achievable with consistent qualified lead generation). Their is no upper limit to the compensation.
- Payment: Monthly / Per qualified lead basis
- On conversion to Full Time Employee - payment model changes to Fixed Annual CTC + incentives + all other employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to target B2B accounts per assigned quota
- Generate qualified leads through outreach and relationship building
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
- Meet agreed KPIs and conversion targets
Required Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Fast learner with quick adaptability
- Go-getter attitude with proven self-motivation
- Extroverted yet professional demeanour.
- Tech-savvy with exposure to modern sales/CRM tools
- Polite, courteous and result-oriented mindset

- Performance is non-negotiable. No sustained lead generation = No retention in the role.
