We’re building a focused outbound engine targeting US clients at Leverage Remote, a global professional services firm helping companies scale operations with remote teams.
We’re looking for a Lead Generation / Growth Manager who can generate real business — not just run activity.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands outbound deeply, can start conversations, and convert them into real opportunities.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Identify and engage US-based prospects (LinkedIn, email, outbound)
• Generate and qualify high-quality leads
• Drive conversations that convert into real sales opportunities
• Improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
🔹 Who This Is For:
• 4–8 years in B2B outbound / lead generation / SDR roles
• Experience working with US / international clients
• Strong communicator with a focus on outcomes, not activity
• Self-driven and comfortable owning pipeline targets
• Not suited for beginners or purely support roles
🔹 Compensation:
• High-performance, incentive-heavy structure (commission + bonuses)
• Earnings directly tied to pipeline generated and deals closed
• Realistic earning potential: ₹15L – ₹40L+ annually (uncapped)
