Lead Generation Manager/ Senior Manager (Outbound BD) — Leverage Remote

About the Role
This is a performance-driven outbound role focused on building pipeline and booking discovery calls with D2C founders in the US and Canada.
Your core responsibility is simple:
Identify the right founders, reach out with context, and convert conversations into qualified calls.
This is not a passive or support role. It requires ownership, consistency, and strong written communication.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run daily outbound across LinkedIn, email, and job boards
- Identify high-intent prospects (hiring signals, growth signals)
- Write high-quality, personalized outreach messages (no templates/spam)
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of conversations
- Follow up systematically (most replies come from follow-ups)
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls
- Maintain CRM hygiene (tracking all outreach and stages)
- Continuously improve messaging based on results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in lead generation, outbound, or sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong written communication (clear, concise, contextual)
- Understanding of cold outreach (LinkedIn / email)
- Ability to research and personalize messages quickly
- Comfortable working with international markets (US/Canada) - Flexible Timings
- High ownership and consistency in daily execution
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exposure to D2C / e-commerce ecosystem
- Understanding of funnels, pipelines, or CRM systems
Compensation
- ₹20-50+ LPA (performance-based)
- Initial commission-based structure (first 6 months)
- Transition to fixed + incentives based on consistent performance

- Outreach volume and consistency
- Reply rates and message quality
- Discovery calls booked
- Qualified pipeline generated
