Job Title: Lead Generation Manager – IT Staffing
Location: [Mohali/Onsite]

Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Manager to drive qualified leads for our IT staffing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through multiple channels, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute lead generation strategies specifically for IT staffing services
- Identify and target potential clients (US/India markets – depending on requirement)
- Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, and cold outreach
- Manage and optimize inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align lead quality and requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics
- Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate lead tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in lead generation within IT staffing or recruitment industry
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and client acquisition strategies
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends
Preferred Skills:- Experience in international markets (US/UK staffing)
- Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with data scraping and automation tools
KPIs / Performance Metrics:- Number of qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
- Cost per lead
- Revenue contribution from generated leads
