Role Description
This is an on-site contract role based in Hyderabad for a Lead Generation Manager. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, developing and executing lead generation strategies, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving the conversion of leads into opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, managing lead databases, coordinating marketing campaigns, and creating impactful outreach strategies. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be crucial to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Continuous Pipeline Development
- Skills in CRM management, Data Analysis, and Sales Funnel Optimization
- Experience in designing and executing targeted Marketing and Email Campaigns
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for lead capture and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills
