We’re hiring for a Business development (B2B) & Lead Generation Intern.

Compensation
- ₹5,000 (for 180 hours) base stipend
- ₹500 per qualified meeting scheduled
- ₹3,000 per successful sale
High performers can earn ₹15,000–₹20,000+ per month, depending on outcomes.
About the Role
This internship is designed for individuals who are specifically looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development. The work is structured, execution-focused, and closely aligned with real-world sales processes.
You will be working on growing a Learning & Development (L&D) product by Modern Mint — a live leadership simulation used by professionals and institutions to build:
- Decision-making
- Negotiation
- Strategic thinking
At its core, the role involves identifying the right people, initiating conversations, and converting interest into meaningful business discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant organizations, founders, HR leaders, and L&D decision-makers
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists
- Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach messages
- Follow up consistently to drive responses and engagement
- Schedule qualified meetings with interested prospects
- Track outreach, responses, and progress in a structured system
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on results
This is a process-driven role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and ownership.
