Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients (HRs, founders, placement heads, institutions)
- Build and maintain a structured lead database (Excel/CRM)
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and databases to source leads
Outreach & Engagement:
- Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, emails, and calls
- Pitch company offerings and generate interest
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads
Sales Support:
- Qualify leads based on business requirements
- Schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team
- Assist in closing smaller deals (if applicable)
Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain daily activity tracker (leads, outreach, responses)
- Update CRM with lead status and progress
- Share daily/weekly performance reports
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in sales, business development, and startups
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejections and follow-ups
