Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Intern role based in Bengaluru, designed for freshers who are eager to start their careers in sales and business development. The Lead Generation Intern will identify and research potential learners, partners, and institutional clients through online platforms, databases, and social media. Responsibilities include reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages, explaining Internz Learn’s offerings, and scheduling follow-ups or demos for the sales team. The intern will maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking tools, support campaign activities, and prepare basic reports on lead quality, conversion trends, and outreach performance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to refine target profiles and messaging while continuously learning about edtech products and market needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently over phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or business development concepts, with a genuine interest in building a career in these areas.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research platforms.
- Ability to conduct structured online research, organize information, and prioritize outreach activities effectively.
- High level of motivation, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Educational background in any discipline; coursework or interest in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the edtech space or enthusiasm for education and skills development is a plus.
