We are hiring a Lead Generation Intern in Kochi to support our B2B SaaS sales team. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and supporting sales pipeline growth for our HRMS software solutions. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in inside sales, lead generation, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads for HRMS and other Software products using online research, LinkedIn, email marketing, and outbound calling
- Identify and qualify decision-makers such as HR Managers, HR Heads, and Business Owners
- Manage lead data using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales records
- Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate sales-qualified leads
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos and meetings
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Achieve monthly lead generation and qualification targets
- Support digital marketing campaigns and content-based lead generation initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate (MBA Marketing / BBA / Business / IT preferred)
- 0–1 year experience in lead generation, inside sales, telecalling, or digital marketing
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS sales and HR technology
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and basic CRM systems
- Ability to research companies, industries, and prospects
- Target-driven mindset with good follow-up discipline
