About the role
We're looking for a smart, proactive, and growth-focused intern who wants to learn how modern B2B outreach actually works, and help us generate more business through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation along the way.
This is a hands-on internship where you'll work directly on real campaigns from day one. You won't be making coffee or pulling random lists in a corner, you'll be in the thick of our outreach engine, learning tools and strategies that most people only read about.
What you'll learn and work with
- Apollo (prospecting and contact enrichment)
- Claude and other AI tools for research and copywriting
- Cold email platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- CRM and automation tools
- Lead research and database building
- Modern outreach and engagement workflows
What you'll do
- Build targeted prospect lists based on our ideal customer profile
- Help generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and email outreach
- Draft personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences
- Support LinkedIn profile improvements for visibility and engagement
- Track outreach performance, replies, and meetings booked
- Bring fresh ideas to the table
Who we're looking for
Freshers are very welcome. You don't need prior experience, but you do need:
- Genuine curiosity about lead generation, sales, and business growth
- Strong written English (clear, human, not robotic)
- Willingness to learn new tools quickly
- A self-starter mindset
- Comfort with AI tools (or excitement to learn them)
If you've done any cold outreach, side hustles, freelance work, or built anything on your own, mention it. We care more about initiative than credentials.

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (with a clear path to a full-time role and higher compensation based on performance)
