Marketing & Lead Generation Intern

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time potential based on performance)
Commitment: 4–5 hours per day | 6 days a week
About the Role
Digibuddy is looking for hungry, AI-savvy Marketing & Lead Generation Interns to join our core outbound team. This isn’t a "grab the coffee" internship—you will be on the front lines of business development, working directly with the founders to scale our reach.
You will master the art of the "hunt," learning how to identify high-value prospects and use cutting-edge automation and AI tools to convert cold interest into warm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Multichannel Outreach: Execute outreach strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and occasionally cold calling to propose services and partnership integrations.
- Lead Sourcing: Research and identify potential leads that align with Digibuddy’s target personas.
- CRM Management: Maintain a meticulous daily sheet/database of prospects, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily progress reports to the founding team on metrics, responses, and hurdles.
- Strategy Execution: Implement "hooks and nooks" of outbound marketing, utilizing AI tools to personalize messaging at scale.
What We’re Looking For
- AI Native: You should be comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity and content quality.
- Marketing Fundamentals: A basic understanding of branding, market positioning, and why people buy.
- Persistence: High energy and a "don’t take no for an answer" attitude toward outreach.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
- Organization: Ability to manage a spreadsheet without losing track of details.
Internship Structure & Stipend
This is a performance-driven role starting with a 15-day unpaid probation period to assess fit and work ethic.
- Month 1: ₹2,000 INR
- Month 2: ₹3,000 INR
- Month 3: ₹4,000 INR
- Post-Internship: High-performing interns will be considered for a Full-Time Position with a revised salary structure.
