Crio.Do is looking for a proactive, results-oriented Lead Generation Intern to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our sales funnel, identifying potential learners and corporate partners who can benefit from our experiential learning platform.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to kickstart a career in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within the fast-paced EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email and professional platforms to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate lead information and interaction logs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new niches for lead acquisition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Reporting: Track daily and weekly targets, providing insights on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Research: Strong Research Skills with the ability to navigate LinkedIn and other professional directories.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and Social Media marketing is a plus.
- Mindset: A "go-getter" attitude with the resilience to handle high-volume outreach.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
