We’re Hiring | Social Media & Client Acquisition Executive (USA Market)
ThinkNew is expanding its presence in the USA market and we are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional who can help us reach Indian professionals living in the USA who are interested in profile strengthening / visa upgradation support through Patent Filing services.
Position: Social Media & Lead Generation Executive (USA Target Market)
Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong skills may apply)
Industry: Patent Consulting | Innovation & Research Support |
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target Indians living in the USA (IT/Engineering/Research professionals)
- Generate leads through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Facebook/WhatsApp communities
- Reddit & other relevant platforms
- Create and post content regularly (posts, banners, short videos, outreach messages)
- Engage with groups and communities professionally (no spamming)
- Run and manage weekly webinar promotions (lead generation campaigns)
- Manage incoming enquiries and coordinate for:
- client calls
- follow-ups
- lead nurturing
- Maintain lead records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM
- Improve conversion using scripts, follow-ups, and messaging
- Skills RequiredStrong communication (English + professional writing)
- Hands-on LinkedIn lead generation + messaging
- Content creation skills (Canva basic knowledge preferred)
- Confidence in lead follow-up and coordination
- Basic understanding of:
- Patents / innovation services (training will be provided)
- US-based Indian professional audience mindset
- Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable leads
