Role Description
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Location: Pune
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Generation Executive - US/UK Market based in Pune/Nashik, with flexibility to work from home periodically. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, and building and maintaining prospect databases. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels to propose Gowitek’s services and schedule follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies and meet company revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 4 years’ experience in B2B Lead Generation / SDR role
- Experience targeting the US and/or UK markets
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Lusha, Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Salesforce, or similar
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and generating New Leads
- Strong skills in Market Research and analysis
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Experience in Sales and customer engagement
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to flexible work setups
- Knowledge of the US and UK markets is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment with a goal-oriented mindset
