Hiring: Business Development Executive for a Digital Marketing Agency
Location: Sattadhar, Ahmedabad (Hybrid - visit office once in 10 days)
US Shift - 7 PM – 4 AM | 5 days (should be Flexible with shift timings)
What you’ll be doing
* Connecting with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and calls
* Using AI tools and research to identify the right opportunities
* Building genuine relationships with agency owners, founders, and marketing leaders
* Understanding their challenges around digital marketing and web services
* Working closely with our sales and delivery teams to move opportunities forward
* Staying curious and continuously learning about new tools, trends, and approaches
Required:
* 1–3 years of experience in SDR / BDR /inside sales
* Excellent English communication
* Some understanding of digital marketing, web services, or how agencies operate
* Comfort using LinkedIn and modern outreach tools
Salary: 40K p.m. + shift allowance
