Salary

Experience
1–4 years in B2B lead generation, agency sales, or SaaS outreach
Key Responsibilities
- Find qualified prospects through LinkedIn, Google, and business directories
- Build targeted prospect lists
- Identify CEOs, Founders, Marketing Heads, and Business Owners
- Send personalized LinkedIn messages and connection requests
- Run cold email campaigns
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain CRM and outreach records
- Research prospects before outreach
Required Skills
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo, Instantly, or similar outreach tools
- Email outreach
- Lead qualification
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Strong written English
KPIs
- 500–1,000 targeted prospects/month
- 100–200 personalized outreach messages/week
- 20–40 qualified meetings/month
- 3–10 sales opportunities/month
