At OMRE (omrestocks.com), we’re building India’s first AI-powered stock analytics platform focused on clarity, stability, and smarter investing.

We’re looking for a driven Lead Generation Associate who can actively find, engage, and convert potential users into qualified leads.

Role Overview

This is a performance-driven role where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Data scraping & identifying potential users (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Initiating conversations (cold outreach / DMs)
  • Engaging with responses and nurturing leads
  • Converting prospects into qualified leads for the sales team
  • Building strong relationships and trust with prospects
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily scraping of 120–150 targeted profiles
  • Generating 40–60 qualified leads per day
  • Starting meaningful conversations (no spam messaging)
  • Responding to all incoming replies promptly
  • Maintaining lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Building rapport and credibility with prospects
Compensation
  • Fixed Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month
  • 10% commission on every successful sale generated through your leads
Work Details
  • Remote Role 🌍
  • 6 hours/day
  • 5 days/week
Requirements
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Experience or understanding of data scraping / lead generation tools
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
  • Active on social media (LinkedIn/Instagram preferred)
  • Self-driven, consistent, and target-oriented
