Lead Generation Executive with 2 - 4 year of experience in Lead generation for product-based companies / Software Services Companies
Salary- Max 10 LPA
Location : Nashik/Pune
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- A higher number of Sales Qualified Opportunities month on month.
- Number of meetings booked for Sales Managers and Leaders in USA and SA (As may be the case).
Mandatory Skill set:
- Prior experience in generation business for tech companies
- Generating Leads for Business Development Through Cold Calling and appointment-setting
- Experience of lead generation from industries BFSI /Fintech segment
- Knowledge of working on different social media platforms to generate leads (LinkedIn/ ZoomInfo /Sales Navigator)
- Knowledge of SEO, and digital marketing is a plus
Personality Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to manage different business development/lead generation campaigns simultaneously
- Expertise in generating leads from overseas (USA/Europe/Africa)
- Good understanding on different industry segments and markets
- Willing to work in respective time zones as may be allotted based on region and requirement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cold calling / Appointment setting
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team in SA
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports proactively
- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
- Achieving lead generation targets based on monthly sales.
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in lead generation and cold calling for IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of IT services sales and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.(BCA/MCA/BE/BCS/MBA)
