Note:
Previous experience working with a creative or digital marketing agency is a strong plus.
Key Skill Set:
- Experience in New Leads and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of Sales processes and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach
- Lead qualification & follow-ups
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on existing lead data provided by the team
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads based on basic business understanding and requirements
- Schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM/sheets
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth handover of qualified leads

Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (on qualified leads / conversions)
