Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Lead Generation Executive. In this position, you will identify and connect with potential clients, maintain and update lead databases, and assist in generating qualified leads to support sales initiatives. The role requires proactive research, communication with prospects, and working in collaboration with the sales team to successfully execute lead-generation strategies.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionals at different levels
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in managing databases and organizational tasks
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
