Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of Lead Generation Executive for International Health Insurance, based in Noida. The role involves identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to target potential clients, and maintaining excellent communication with prospects. The candidate will also be responsible for initiating and managing telemarketing and sales calls, with the goal of driving growth and fostering positive relationships for the business.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying and generating New Leads and engaging in effective Lead Generation practices
- Proficiency in Market Research to target and identify potential clients
- Strong Communication skills, including clarity and professionalism in interactions
- Sales aptitude with the ability to meet targets and build relationships
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the international health insurance industry is a plus
