Lead Generation Executive Intern
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers / Interns welcome)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive Intern to support our Business Development team in researching prospects, initiating outreach, and assisting in lead qualification. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in B2B sales and digital services. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to client prospecting for website, app, and digital marketing services while learning industry tools and outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Assist in identifying potential B2B clients for website, app, and digital marketing services.
- Research companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn and online tools.
- Build and maintain prospect lists under guidance.
- Lead generation using LinkedIn, databases, and online platforms
Outreach Support
- Help draft and send introductory emails or LinkedIn messages.
- Assist in email outreach and follow-ups with prospects
- Support scheduling discovery calls and meetings
- Maintain prospect and CRM records
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation
- Track outreach activities and reporting
- Support basic cold calling activities under guidance to introduce company services and generate interest
Reporting & Learning
• Maintain simple daily activity reports.
• Learn outreach techniques and sales workflows.
• Participate in training sessions and feedback discussions.
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of communication and business outreach.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and digital tools.
• Comfortable with basic communication and cold calling under supervision.
• Willingness to learn sales and lead generation processes.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Skills(Nice to Have)
• Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools (not mandatory).
• Interest in IT/digital marketing industry.
• Academic projects or internships related to sales or marketing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 0-6 Months of experience in B2B lead generation (IT/Digital Agency preferred).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
