Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Lead Generation Executive - Junior level (0 to 2 years). The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, performing market research, identifying potential clients, and supporting the sales team in outreach activities. The role also involves building strong communication channels and nurturing relationships with prospective customers.

Qualifications
- Skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
- Strong expertise in Market Research and creating client databases
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with prospects and team members
- Basic understanding of Sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, on-site work setting
- Proficiency in working with CRM tools is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Passionate, proactive, and highly motivated individual with an eagerness to learn and grow
