We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer / Lead Generation Specialist (Healthcare)
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Expert who can generate 50+ qualified leads per day through paid advertising campaigns.
Location: Remote / Noida
💼 Experience: 1–3 years in Paid Ads (Healthcare preferred)
Your Mission:
- Generate 50+ daily leads from the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, doctors)
- Run and optimize Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Create high-converting landing pages and funnels
- Continuously reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead) and improve ROI
- Track performance using analytics tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience running paid ads campaigns (Meta/Google)
- Strong understanding of lead funnels & conversion optimization
- Experience in healthcare or B2B lead generation is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with daily performance tracking
Compensation:
