Freelance Lead Generation Executive

About the Role
We are looking for energetic, communication-driven, and smart individuals who can help generate quality student leads for our Diploma & Career Training Programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, outreach, communication, and finding potential students through online and offline methods. Your main responsibility will be to generate interested leads and connect them with the counselling team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate student leads through:
Social media outreach
WhatsApp groups & communities
Instagram & LinkedIn networking
College/student connections
Referral marketing
Local promotion & awareness
Maintain daily lead reports in Excel/Google Sheets
Coordinate with the counselling or business development team
Follow up with interested students
Share program information professionally
Attend scheduled meetings/training sessions
Suggest new lead generation ideas and strategies
Who Can Apply?
Students / Freshers / Freelancers
Good communication skills
Active on social media platforms
Confident and self-motivated individuals
Basic understanding of marketing or sales is a plus
Candidates from Srinagar Uttarakhand preferred
Work Structure
Flexible working hours
3–4 hours daily expected
6 working days per week
Rotational off possible
